Crazy story

 Even in Highschool I had a small penis and was bad at sex because of it but years later because of the medication penile atrophy set in and it took about four years to really notice how it had shrunk due to not getting hard among other things and because of the meds. SSRIs and other meds sapped my libido and I stopped paying attention to sex but after years of having no libido at all I worried and found out by researching online that your penis can literally permanently shrink if you aren't getting erections and as little as 6 months yet it had been like 4 years.

I remember the first erection I got in years I woke up with it and was surprised I had one at all but when I felt it I was like wtf? I thought it was a joke or I couldn't possibly be fully hard because my dick was like a little child's and I was used to being small but this was different. It reached half way up my hand I really couldn't grip it properly with my whole hand it was shorter than my thumb and similar thickness. I remember being embarrassed to myself that I had so little dick that in order to grip it properly even when hard I had to essentially pinch it between my index finger and thumb.

I had always jerked it previously by taking my index finger and thumb making a circle but with the other fingers sticking out because there wasn't enough dick to use my whole hand but now even this was too much. Having to delicately hold my hard dick pinched between my two fingers looking at this tiny scrawny little dick I couldn't believe it was this small. I even went to a urologist and the meds and years of atrophy had essentially caused tissue loss and the spongy tissue had also lost elasticity and become harder and less capable of expanding. There were also micro fractures that created scar tissue not allowing expansion. I had always had a small dick but now I was diagnosed as having a micropenis. They use equipment to entice a maximum size erection, a sort of specialized band and at maximum size I was below two and a half inches hard.

Ofc the Dr and nurse are professional but it's embarrassing seeing it.
